At the age of six years old Miguel Wang a young entrepreneur started to learn his coding and his passion for loving computers. He got an interest in NFT since he read an NFT news about the Beeple, where the digital assets were fascinated since Beeple artwork was sold in worth $69 million in March, and the popularity of NFTs in the marketplaces like OpenSea amazed the performance of the NFT series Bored Ape Yacht Club where it fetches a lot of buyers, investors, and artists.
Miguel Wang grew up with his Hong Kong family that always teach him that coding is a language in the future, he pursue coding and do it in his spare time and become his hobby. This was the thing that pushes him to create an NFT minter that was inspired by cute pixelated images of tigers named CryptoTigers.
He also works on everything from building and designing the website, to marketing and smart contracts deploying. According to Miguel Wang whatever motivates him is he doesn’t know. He just wanted to do it and see it completed. He also said that wanted to be a creator and not just a consumer. In Addition, Miguel Wang states that his parents were non-tech people that’s why he can’t decide what is the most challenging part of establishing a website and minting an NFT since he is doing it alone and only the internet is the only guide he has.
He had so much stuff to work on such as the contract code, minting dApp, the website and metadata, and so much more. Miguel took only around 5 weeks to finish everything and start his NFTs. And he expresses that testing his own NFT is the most enjoyable part that he experienced, where he can see his stuff in action and give himself free ETHs to buy things and try everything if it is working. He also establishes a youTube channel name “cabaci” that teaches people about crypto-related things that are beginner-friendly. CryptoTiger is now on the blockchain of Ethereum.
Miguel finds that there are a lot of different blockchains that have more technicality that he wants to try. 10 years from now, Miguel said that he doesn’t know where he go. But for now, he achieve his dream of being a technology entrepreneur and still making any tech-related stuff.
